woodwork: makerlibrary shelving
Decor: improve the look and feel of the space
Decor: design, lasercut and hang words from the ceiling to
Decor: capture and design the MakerSpace values, lasercut, paint and install on one of the walls
3D scan people’s heads and print them for the wall of honour
Arduino machine access control and integration with membership site
Fire-breathing animatronic unicorn: there can be only one.
Install and setup permanent live streaming camera(s)
Viral Marketing campaign: Design, develop and execute a viral marketing campaign at the event.
Content creation: Create write up’s of products, classes and member stories from our database.
Video editing: edit recent footage of makerspace events into inspiring video’s
Graphic Design: Help with layouts, mockups, typography and branding
Events Calendar: Plan, Develop and schedule events for the next 3-6 months
Shoulder Massages: Physical encouragement for the peeps hunching over computers all night
Muso motivation: Play a few tunes at midnight to keep the morale high
Photography: capture some photo’s of the event
Time lapse: capture some time lapse of the event
Videography: capture some video of the event
pizza delivery guy: organise the food
barista: make the cappuccino’s
clean up crew: as much as we expect everyone to clean up after themselves, we might need some help to clean up the wake of chaos after a full night of coding.
