We offer 3D printing services to individuals and businesses for once off and recurring jobs.
Our passion is to train people to use our 3D printers themselves through the MakerSpace membership, but we do offer a commercial printing service for your convenience.
We can print with the following filaments:
- PLA
- PTG
- ABS
- Ceramic Printing (Clay)
- Metallic (Special order)
- Resin (Special order)
We also provide 3D scanning as a service, please enquire for more information.
Pricing
New Design – R500 per hour.
Partial Design – R250 per hour (where files are not in a usable format).
Printing – R60 per hour.
Set-up – R150 once-off.
N.B.: Standard material included in the above pricing (any specifications will be charged accordingly).
Minimum charge per job is R1,000.
We need your artwork in the 3D file format of STL, OBJ or STEP File with a JPG reference for printing.
Our turnaround times for 3D printing jobs is dependent on the scale of work and our availability and will be advised during the quoting stage.
Requirements:
- Artwork in STL, OBJ or STEP File format.
- JPG screenshot (to compare and make sure what we are seeing matches what you are seeing).
- Type of filament required.
- Thickness of material.
- Size of item.
- Delivery date.
