Join us for our knife making class on the 15th of August.
There are only 10 spots available and this is a very popular class so book early. Tickets cost R600 and you will go home with your very own handmade custom bush knife!
This is a 4 hour long class where you will learn some basic blacksmith skills as well as learning about composites in creating your knife handle. We use N690 knife making steel from Germany.
Bring something special or unique to add to your handle, we’ve seen people use everything from chopped up wedding veils to an old shirt. Cold Casting process can incorporate a filler materials like aluminium powder, marble dust, glass fibre, carbon fibre, saw dust or wood ships, or even the ashes of a loved one (we’ve seen this done!)
